IdSurvey 8 adds new special question types that are very useful especially for CAWI and CAPI surveys.
Using the question “File” you can have a file uploaded as an answer to the question.
Using the question “Signature” you can insert a signature as an answer to the question.
It is possible to export both files and collected signatures by enabling the “Include Attachments” feature found in “Export Results”.
Note:
- By accessing the “File” answer gear button, you can specify which extensions can be uploaded by the user. If no extension is specified, any file type can be uploaded.
- The signature question can be used on touch devices but is also compatible on desktop computers with a mouse or trackpad.
- Collected files or signatures are exported to folders named: contact ID -> question code.
