Important Info #
Virtual machines are blackboxes and therefore will not be accessible to the customer.
You will be requested to provide temporary access to Hypervisor to configure virtual machines. If you cannot provide direct access to the Hypervisor, you must provide a remote connection through TeamViewer.
Upgrades, licensing, support and management of virtual machines are included only if they can be reached via the Internet. Otherwise, additional costs may be charged for each intervention.
For custom installations, different from the standard described here or with different requirements than those specified, it is necessary to check feasibility and estimate any additional costs.
